Adal Eco Cleaning – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Adal Eco Cleaning, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services.

2. Pricing
All prices are based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning service requested. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking.

3. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.
We currently accept Cash or E-Transfer only unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.​

5. Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.

6. Pets
For the safety of our staff, clients must inform us in advance if there are pets in the home. Pets should be secured during the cleaning appointment when possible.
​
7. Damages or Breakage
While we take the utmost care during our services, accidents may occasionally happen. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we can properly address the issue.

8. Eco-Friendly Products
Adal Eco Cleaning offers eco-friendly cleaning products as an option upon request. Standard professional cleaning products may be used unless eco-friendly cleaning is specifically requested.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

10. Referrals & Promotions
Promotional offers, discounts, and referral rewards are subject to change and may have limitations or conditions.

11. Health & Safety
For safety reasons, our staff may decline cleaning areas that are considered hazardous, unsafe, or contain biohazard materials.
